The Coach - Donald Niclaus - PCC

Donald Niclaus started his career in sales. In Belgium, he introduced a financial transfer data system for PC (Reuters 1000). Later he moved into the world of IT, becoming Project Manager and afterwards an European IT Manager for an international management consulting group (CEDEC).

During his career, Donald realized how much human relationships contribute to the performance of a company. This strong believe lead him to focus on personal improvement and Donald followed a path into the profession of Coaching. Driven by the desire to challenge his clients to achieve their personal goals, he feels great satisfaction to coach them all the way to success. During each coaching session, Donald makes sure that his client obtains measureable results.
